Shipping & Orders
Please contact if your delivery date is specific. Due to various storage locations, framer timelines, road courier travel schedules and potential hire campaigns we cannot always ship work immediately. Please allow 2-5 to ship generally if product is framed and ready but delivery timelines may extend to 3-4 weeks in the case of a hire campaign.
Some works will be available to be shipped overseas- please contact us for a quote and to discuss your requirements.
Art takes time, and getting it to you in one piece is our top priority.
Order deliveries will vary depending on your location, the delivery method (collection, freight, art courier)
1-If the work is available for collection, we will advise you of the collection location and opening hours for the studio/storage.
2-If the work is marked ready to ship and we can get it onto a freight (works under 1.5m x 1.5m) we can ship within 2-3 days, and the work will arrive within 8-10 days
3- For works that require custom framing and/or an art courier, we need to allow up to 4-6 weeks for booking in framing, securing a slot with art courier and travel via road. We are always eager to ensure we get the art to you as soon as possible, so please discuss your timeline with us directly.
To avoid redelivery fees we need to understand your location and if you will be home to accept delivery.
1 - For freight delivery we will need your physicall address (no PO Box) and details on who to contact for delivery. It is important that you are home to accept the goods or provide very clear instruections for where to leave out of the weather and how and who can sign. If you are unable to accept the goods a re-delivery fee may apply.
2 - For the art courier deliveries, you will need to be physically home to accept the work. No redelivery fees are available as the couriers are on a tight schedule across Australia. These couriers will confirm their delivery ETA to enure you are home.
All art purchased via Shopify will be alerted by the SHOP app when the piece is out for delivery- you can use the tracking number to track the progress.
For art couriers, we will be in touch to arrange a personal delivery service.
Artwork Information
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with the hanging and installation of the works. Works will arrive ready to hang and have D-links on the back for the use of 2 x hooks into your wall. For a how-to hang guide, check out HANGING GUIDE
Please check the measurements of your space and doorways- larger works may not be suitable for elevators, private cars, doorways and stairways. Please contact us if you are unsure about access.
We cannot be responsible for any work that physically does not fit into the space and any relocation costs incurred our the buyers costs.
Framing Information
All works are painted onto artist-quality canvas - either cotton or linen and pre-primed professionally. A mixture of artist acrylics, mediums, oils, sticks and pastels is typically used across the works. The paint is Polymer Acrylic Emulsion and is waterproof and lightfast. We do not pour paint down the drain, rather, we let paints dry and dispose.
Works should not be displayed in direct sunlight, and works with pastels should be carefully cared for as pastel may “dust off”. Oil sticks typically will retain some tacky stickiness for several years and should not be rubbed or rubbed against other materials
The framing is completed by our art framers in Eumundi Australia- the timbers are a mixture of oak and eucuplyt. All staning in performed by hand and all framed are cut and custom it to size.
RETURNS
We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your unframed print or small original work (under 1.2m x 1.2m) please email us within 7 days of delivery, and we can arrange a refund less a 10% restocking fee. The work will need to be undamaged, in original condition and its original packaging materials.
*Please note that custom-framed items, artworks sized 1.2m x 1.2m or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return. You may be eligible for a store credit is the work if the work is not as described.*
*Please note that all efforts are taken to ensure the photography and video of the work are accurate. These works are created with artist acrylic paints, pastels and oil sticks and will display different hues in different levels of light. Any works that are shown in videos and client calls are subject to the light in a studio. Collectors are encouraged to set up a FaceTime call to view works on video as that will capture the changing light better. Studio visits are subject to availability.
Any images captured by a professional photographer may be subject to editing and post-production that can change and alter the perspective of the work.
