Refund And Shipping Policy

Shipping - please contact if your delivery date is specific. Due to various storage locations, framer timelines, road courier travel schedules and potential hire campaigns we cannot always ship work immediately. Please allow 2-5 to ship generally if product is framed and ready but delivery timelines may extend to 3-4 weeks in the case of a hire campaign.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, the sender is responsible for cost of return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All artwork is sent with insurance covering up to $300. For extra insurance please contact at (sara new email) to organise cover.  

 
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
